Two longtime friends with a heart for spirits. An embrace of past fruit ferment traditions. A vision for good, honestly crafted local gins.

Noah Braunstein and Yoni Rabino are the heads behind Neversink Gin. We first tried their 100% apple-based gin — inundated with warmth from cardamom, orange peel, anise — and immediately recognized their reverence for eau de vie and sharp, terroir-driven fermentation.

Now several years into it, we’re excited to present their newest project. “The Pigeon,” AKA, the New York Dry Gin: a base of local corn, supported by fresh juniper and the buds of New York apple blossoms. It’s summer, bottled up.
